I'm Philip Pinckney, and I'm hiring full-time life insurance agents. You get quote-ready leads, modern tools, weekly pay, and a team where everyone can have their best week.

I spend first.

Before you write a single policy, here is what is already paid for on your behalf. Not a discount, not a loan against your commission — spent, by the agency, up front.

Leads, not cold calls

People who asked online for a life insurance quote, in the states we buy in. Your job is to reach them fast and help them.

An AI sales copilot

Live call scripts, answers to objections as they come up, and a short brief on each client before you dial.

AI call reviews

Specific feedback on your real calls, plus practice calls before you ever go live.

Weekly pay

75% of your first-year commission lands within about a week of a policy being approved. The other 25% follows in policy months 10 to 12.

Help getting licensed

Licensed in as little as a week, then appointed with the insurers. If you are already licensed, we go straight to contracting.

Move the numbers.

This is the real pay model, not a brochure figure. Change the inputs and everything below recalculates — including which commission rate your volume puts you in.

200

The plan is 200, worked to completion. At $40 a lead that is $8,000 a month once you buy your own, from month three.

9

The plan assumes 9. This is issued and paid, not applications taken.

$200

$200 a month is the plan's average policy, or $2,400 a year.

Illustration, not a guarantee. We place business with dozens of carriers; this model averages the two our agents write most, at an even mix. Assumes policies written at target premium, an estimated 17% early cancellation rate, and our commission schedule as of October 2026. Take-home is after lead costs, before taxes. Your results depend on your effort and skill.

How the money actually works.

Three mechanics decide what lands in your account, and none of them are hidden.

01

75% now, 25% later

When a policy is approved you are paid 75% of the first-year commission, usually within a week. The remaining 25% arrives in policy months 10 to 12 — which is why month 14 is the month your income steps up and stays there.

02

A $10,000 safety reserve

10% of commission is held back until the reserve reaches $10,000, then it stops. It comes out of early commission, never out of your pocket, and it exists so a run of cancellations never puts you underwater.

03

From month three, you buy leads

Set aside $4,000 from each of your first two months. That $8,000 funds your month-three lead buy up front, so you keep working the same volume with no gap — and you move up a commission rate at the same time.

Same policy.
Bigger commission.

Your commission rate rises with the premium you write, so the same day's work pays more as you go. A new rate starts after two months in a row at that volume — which is why a slow month one or two pushes the higher rate back.

52.5% to 77.5% is +48% on identical work: the same 18 policies pay $14,118 up front in month one and $20,841 in month three.

What we expect from each other.

We read this together before you start, and we both sign it. It is not an employment contract — it is how we agree to work.

From me

  • Your first two months of leads. 400 quote-ready leads, worth about $16,000.
  • Your $199-a-month platform. Dialer, CRM, quoting, e-applications, AI copilot and call reviews.
  • Coaching that keeps going. A daily stand-up, one skill a week, one-on-one every two weeks through day 90.
  • Honest numbers, every week. We walk through your activity together and fix what is holding you back.
  • Help getting licensed and contracted, so you can start selling fast.

From you

  • Full-time hours. At least 40 a week on a set schedule, including evenings and some weekends.
  • A professional workspace. Quiet and dedicated, with a computer, fast internet and a noise-cancelling headset. Camera on. No calls from the car.
  • Licensed in the states your leads come from. We will tell you which ones before you start, and walk you through the exam if you are not licensed yet.
  • Open to coaching. Use the scripts and tools, apply the feedback, and work inside the rules the regulators set.
  • Earn the investment. The leads I buy are real money, and your activity needs to show it is working.

The calling standard

5 minSpeed to lead. Call every new lead while they still remember asking.
2–3×Double-dial every lead, daily, for up to five days.
100%Every lead ends in a sale, a clear no, or the full five-day cadence.
DailyDials, contacts, presentations and sales, tracked every day.

State rules always win. Some lead states cap how many sales calls you may make to one person in 24 hours; compliance gives you each state's limit, and that limit overrides this cadence.

Let's talk.

If this sounds like you, I would like to hear from you. Your first two months of leads are on me.

Not licensed yet? That is fine — most people are licensed in one to two weeks.
